Refund policy

A Return Authorization Form (RAF) is required prior to your returning the product to HXT (Heat X-Change Technology Company)

Please email heatexchangetechnology@gmail.com to let us know your Order #, name and address and we will send you a Return Label asap.

Please send the product back to HXT, in a postal approved, prepaid-postage shipping package. Make sure you have your RA number listed prominently on the outside of your package.

Please be sure you keep your tracking number handy so that you can track and follow up on your shipment.
